About Me

I have been told I am an inspiring social worker, motivational speaker, educator and personal development coach. I have devoted my personal and professional life to inspiring others to become the best they can be, and to helping people live to their fullest while they are alive! I am a Licensed Social Worker, I hold a Masters in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver,  a post-bachelors degree in K-12 Education from California State University Los Angeles, and am a professionally trained Certified Professional Life Coach. I work part-time as a hospice social worker and in my private practice I help individuals and families navigate the older adult years, physically, emotionally and spiritually.  In addition, I teach Jewish Thought as well as the Three Principles of Innate Health in private coaching sessions (in person or via skype or phone), giving seminars and in speaking engagements. I spend my non-working hours training for my next half marathon or triathlon and enjoying life with my fabulous husband Seth, and our five children (b’eh). While “home” is nowhere but Israel, we currently live in beautiful Denver, Colorado.
